22. Staff and budget arrangements: (1) The Commission will have the required number of staff (2) The Government of Nepal will provide the necessary personnel for the Commission. The Government of Nepal will be able to employ the necessary staff for the Secretariat of the Commission. Other arrangements related to employees will be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
(3) The Commission may take the services of an expert in the field it deems necessary for a period of time.
(4) The Government of Nepal will provide the necessary budget for the commission.
